Congratulations! Tianyu, Shihao and Weixiu successfully passed their thesis defense today. In the past five years with us, Tianyu (2nd left) has developed a new aryl‑substituted dithiolanes that opens door to new disulfide reactivity in polymerization; Shihao (3rd left) has designed a series of BCH mechanophores capable of demonstrating multimodal reactivity; Weixiu (5th left) has cooked up several fluorescent molecules that report movement of polymer chains. What a fruitful journey! Tianyu will join Xiaomi (小米), Shihao and Weixiu will join Kingfa (金发科技). Wish them the best luck in the near future!
